Thanks for checking us out! Mickey's Five Star Vacation Homes was born from a dream to live in Florida in the winter months. We moved into Minnie's Mansion in November 1996, after spending a couple of winter months here in 1995 and 1996. Minnie's was our personal home which we shared with others until 2000. We turned our love of Florida into a full fledged business and built a larger home in 2000 to accommodate our business’s office needs. We have our office in this home and occupy it most of the year, occasionally opening it to family and guest use. Since becoming a Floridian my interest in the rental home business has led to a new career in real estate. I had never been professionally involved before, now after 12 years, not only am I an active real estate licensee, I am a real estate broker. I did this to assist my family and friends with purchasing and renting their homes. We really believe in what we are doing as I (and of course several friendly bankers) personally own several of the homes you see on the site. As we became interested in this business we invited family members and friends to participate with us, this has led to the homes you see on our web site. These homes are all owned by family members and friends we have met and made along the journey of life. All of our homes are meticulously maintained and decorated to make your Florida home an experience of joy and relaxation while you are with us. We chose the homes to best meet the needs of guest not familiar with the area. All of our homes are very close to Disney, currently none of them are over 6 miles from Walt Disney World and all have easy access to the Theme Parks and other area attractions. We hope you will want to spend your vacation in one of our HOMES! Who knows maybe you will want to join our family and have your own place in the sun and fun capital of the world!
