Lowest rates are in part of the months of Jan., Feb.,Aug., Sept., Nov., and Dec.
Departure Clean fee applies to all bookings and is $100; State & Local Taxes - 13%
Optional Services and fees - Pool Heat-$25/day; Wireless Internet-$20/per booking.
State Sales Tax (7%) and Resort Tax (6%) applies to all fees.
