Esprit offers an executive golf course, 400 acre lake with fishing dock, asphalt basketball and tennis courts as well as a community pool and cabana area for lake area picnicking.
Roy's Retreat has a huge master suite with king size bed and two additional bedrooms, each with queen size beds - the perfect home for three couples or families who need adult size sleeping quarters. Also located on the second floor is a game room with a sleeper sofa, which allows up to 8 guest to stay in this very large home. Roy's kitchen/great room has a 50 inch TV for all to enjoy. The larger first floor has a formal living room and dining room as well.
Roy's outside entertaining area includes a large covered lanai as well as full sun areas for tanning. The entire area is screen enclosed and has privacy fencing around it as well.
